Shipping is via Australia Post. All standard shipping is free unless Express Shipping is required, in which case, shipping is $7.00.

We hope you love your product and don’t have to return it, however, if for any reason you are unhappy, we offer 14 days refund after the date of purchase. We offer an exchange if you have changed your mind about the design of the product, provided the product has been unopened & unused and in the original condition it was sent to you. You will be responsible for the cost of returning the item/s back to us.

We do our best to get your item to you as soon as possible, and in the instances that we are able to hand deliver locally, we will aim for 2 days from the date of purchase. If the item is being mailed through Australia Post, then we are unable to give an exact shipping time, but in the current conditions, we suggest a time frame of between 3 to 7 days is reasonable, especially for Interstate Shipping.
