Our Motto Has Always Been “Less Is More” – Less Frustration, More Contentment.
I’m Shona, a Kiwi-born Aussie who has a pretty full and active lifestyle (like most of you!). Whilst I am an adventurer at heart & I love a good chat, I also truly enjoy my downtime – relaxing with tea & a good book are my ideas of heaven. A day at the movies, just me, myself & I or spending a quiet day on the beach, feeling the warmth of the sun of my skin, not swimming, but just enjoying the sounds of the ocean - these are what energize me & keep me sane.
I’m a mum to 3 of the most fabulous humans, Kylie, Amy & Grace and who 3 of my pouches are named after, a Grandma to 6 energetic & entertaining grandchildren, who keep me young, and a wife to Brown Sugar (it’s an inside joke), who supports me & champions me in whatever I chose to do & who encouraged me to “have a go”, so here I am.
Why a Duo Glasses Pouch? For years I was carting around at least three different glasses cases. And for years it was driving me nuts! Eternally rummaging through my bag, pulling out those cumbersome and – let’s face it – in most instances, rather ugly looking glasses cases, trying to figure out which ones were the sunnies, the reading specs, the distance glasses…it drove me mad!
The frustration was REAL. Surely, as a multiple glass wearer, if I was feeling this frustration, others were as well? Well, it turns out there were – more than I realised.
In 2021, I decided to turn my frustration into a solution and create my own duo glasses pouch that protects my glasses, fits neatly in my bag and actually looks stylish.
After spending many months trialing and testing various prototypes, I am super excited to launch this brand new collection of Duo Glasses Cases in 2022 and with new designs coming soon, I hope you love them as much as I do.
